TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum Commitment
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of one payment block, consisting of 3 monthly payments of $40. Your first delivery is shipped at the beginning of the subscription period. After the initial payment block, your subscription will continue automatically unless cancelled.
Delivery Schedule
Your Man Up Package is automatically shipped every 3 months, based on the recommended usage period of the products when used as directed. If you require your delivery sooner or later than the standard schedule, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Monthly Payment
A payment of $40 AUD will be automatically charged to your selected payment method each month. Payments are billed monthly as part of your active subscription and recurring payment block.
PAYMENT BLOCKS
Subscriptions operate in recurring 3-payment blocks:
- Block 1 → Payments 1–3
- Block 2 → Payments 4–6
- Block 3 → Payments 7–9, and so on
Once a new payment block has started, you are committed to completing the remaining payments within that block before cancellation takes effect.
Pausing Or Skipping A Subscription
We understand that product usage can vary. After completing your initial 3-payment block, you may pause or skip upcoming subscription deliveries at any time. Paused subscriptions can be reactivated within your subscription period, while skipped orders will resume on the next scheduled delivery date.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing your initial 3-payment block. If cancellation is requested after a new payment block has started, the cancellation will take effect once the current block has been completed and fully paid.
Acceptance Of Terms
